The office is open Monday through Thursday8 am to 5 pm and every other Friday 8 am to 12 pm.Office is closed1 pm to 2 pm daily for lunch. We will make every effort to schedule you as promptly as possible. We pride ourselves in making sure we're ready and on time for your scheduled appointment and appreciate the same from you. If you are going to be late for an appointment please call as soon as possible to notify our practice. If you're going to be more than fifteen minutes late, we may have to reschedule due to the scheduled procedures following your appointment. We feel that all of our patients deserve the same quality of care and we will not rush a patient in order to see one that is late for an appointment. We will make all efforts to accommodate you and work you back into the schedule. We request 24 hour notice on broken appointments. We understand that there will be unforeseen circumstances that you will not be able to give us that and those situations will be dealt with individually. However, for a second broken appointment there will be a $50 charge applied to your account.
Insured Our office will file any insurance carrier as long as it is a PPO plan. We are in network with the following insurance carriers:
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
As a courtesy, we file your insurance claim with your carrier, however if the insurance company does not pay within the time restraints of the insurance law then the full balance becomes the patients/ guarantors responsibility. We will verify your benefit prior to your appointment if you provide us with the necessary information needed to do so. Please advise us also if you have a secondary insurance also. Please be aware that the verification of your benefit is only an estimate of what your insurance company will cover- it is not a guarantee of dental benefits. Not Insured Our practice will provide a 10% discount for patients without dental insurance. We also offer a 10% senior discount. The remainder of your balance is due on the day of services. We also offer CareCredit (12 month interest free). More information on CareCredit can be found atwww.carecredit.com. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card, credit/ debit bank card or your CareCredit card. We do not keep credit card numbers on file, you will need to provide us with your number at the time of the call.
